Changes to Missouri Expungement Law

Changes to Missouri Law in 2018 have made it easier to have many misdemeanor and felony convictions and arrests expunged. If you’re ready for a fresh start, call, email or text for a free case evaluation.

As of January 2018, the number of years Missourians must wait before seeking expungement of their convictions has decreased dramatically – three years for many misdemeanors and seven years for most felonies.
